Names, photographs, credentials and bar admissions are published here only once they can be verified. Nothing on this page is a placeholder, and the desk does not describe experience it cannot document. Until that record is posted, ask for it directly and it will be sent to you in writing before you sign anything.

The desk takes a limited number of engagements at a time. Every conversation is confidential. Nothing moves without your written authorization. Not a buyer, not a lender, not your landlord. Fees are stated before work starts: a flat fee for an offer review and a written opinion of value, a success fee on a full sell-side engagement, agreed in writing up front.
What the desk will not do.
DentaStreet is not a law firm and provides no legal advice. The desk does not accept compensation from a buyer on a sell-side engagement. It does not publish a deal term attributed to a named buyer without a source and a date. It does not sell your information, and nothing you send is shared with a buyer without your instruction.
